Working with a licensed therapist, you'll explore how thoughts, emotions, trauma, or anxiety may be affecting your physical experience — and learn strategies to reduce their impact.

Many of our patients find that Psychotherapy complements Physiotherapy and other hands-on treatments, especially when pain feels overwhelming, persistent, or tied to stress.
